Shaping regional policies in a V4 context
Budapest acts as the host of a major international conference on 18-19 October 2017. Participants of the 6th Annual Forum will discuss the possible future developments of the Danube macro-region in two key areas: energy and transportation. Our proposed project has a twofold objective: 1) contribute to the successful holding of the Budapest forum by specific means of civil society of the V4 countries and 2) demonstrate the vitality and relevance of the Visegard idea in adressing with a bottom-up approach major challenges our Danube region is faced with. As a result of project activities public ownership feeling is significantly strengthened, best practices are presented and progress is achieved in the field of partnership, good governance and citizens participation.
